If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund and return policy to ensure you peace of mind.

30- Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 Days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must include your Original Order Confirmation or Packing Slip when returning and item for proper credit or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us Directly at zeekscg@hotmail.com. Please contact us directly before returning your merchandise so we can walk with you through the process.

Packing Your Item: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories needed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process: Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have successfully received your returned item. We will then notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 15 Business Days.

Exchanges:

You will have to repurchase on the website a new order if you want to exchange for the same item.
